Crocus

spring is here

It’s Imbolc this weekend, a festival to celebrate that spring is finally on its way. To take note in the emerging crocus, daffodils and green shoots (I have yet to see any snowdrops, is it still to early for them?) and notice the lengthening days (it’s now dusk when I leave work, hooray!). We’ll be lighting a few candles tonight and eating some nice, hearty, warming food and enjoying the nice reminder that this horrible weather and cold will end eventually.

It’s not too early to see snowdrops, have a look at this website for a list of where you can go and see them –

I knew you’d know, Flighty! That’s a very interesting site that, thanks for the link. It’s a nice reminder that I must visit Chelsea Physic gardens one day
