You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth. – Khalil Gibran
So yesterday was Father’s day. It was a quiet one that started off with bacon sandwiches, Dave playing video-games for a bit and then tidying the garden while I napped (I’m sure that’s not allowed on father’s day really, but I was very much suffering a Blogtacular hangover) and then all of us heading off to Trent Park for a picnic, an ice-cream and a cycle. Lovely weather, lovely day.
Thank you Dave for being the most awesome father and for helping to make our kids.
(and big love to my own dad for being rad and a brill Grandpa too)
