You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth. – Khalil Gibran
Living Arrows – a portrait a week of my two children.
Happy new year! I for one am excited to see the beginning of 2017. I love this first week of January, all promise of new beginnings and optimism. And quite frankly, could this year get any worse than last? Don’t answer that! I’m quite happy in my little bubble right now. We have just had a most glorious week staying at my parents on the south coast. The weather was perfect and, oh my goddess, the light! It was amazing, I have some *stunning* New Forest photos to share with you later on this week. But first, this week’s Living Arrows:
Betsy enjoying some quality time with her great-grandmother. It’s very rare we get to see her these days, so moments like this are always worth cherishing.
Arthur and Dave at the beach. Lordy, did Art love the sea! (he also slept the best he has done in ages, that sea air is something, isn’t it?)
Have a good week, everyone!
