You are the bows from which your children
as living arrows are sent forth.
This girl’s love for creepy crawlies just grows and grows, I think she likes the fact that they are easily pick-upable. She spent hours with this snail, proclaiming that he likes her and she’d give it showers with the hose. She liked it so much I spared it and didn’t put it up on the neighbours garage for the birds to eat like I do with all the other snails.
First shoes! Arthur’s is a bit weirded out by them and want to pull them off all the time, but he is slowly getting used to them, which is good because he wants to be on the ground all the time these days. Also, he took his first proper steps yesterday! About four of them walking to me, showing me the fruit pouch he had in his hand. And then he did a few steps over to Betsy and then to Dave. OF COURSE both cameras and phone were downstairs and unavailable. Oh well! I’m pretty sure there will be shots of him toddling about for next week’s Living Arrows!

Oh I love his shoes, I can’t believe he’s big enough to be walking already! I bet he’s super proud of himself. And Betsy is far braver than I am, I could not bear to touch a snail. Eeek!
