Another week, another meal plan. This is the first week in a while that’s I’ve had a plan and it’s good to do it again!

Monday – Hummus, garlic bread, crudites, olives, cheese. Basically all the leftover food from Saturday’s Eurovision gathering (sometimes I think these are the best dinners)
Tuesday – Chicken satay noodles
Wednesday – Mac and cheese
Thuesday – I’m out so whatever Dave wants to cook. Beans on toast probably!
Friday – Puff pastry tarts. Not quite sure what to pop on the top yet.

Saturday we have a lunch to celebrate my Grandma’s 90th birthday so that’s going to be lovely (I’m going to have the lentil shepherd’s pie, we’ve had to pre-order food). What are you lot eating this week?
