Living Arrows 150

You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth. – Khalil Gibran

Living Arrows – a portrait a week of my two children.

Oh, the last week of the Christmas holidays. It was lovely. Trying at times as none of us had a break from each other (which we need, me especially, in order to keep sane), but it was nice. With Dave back at work, it was just the kiddos and I, relaxing and exploring and generally enjoying each other’s company. Art and Betsy seemed to have gotten even closer this past week, we had a good few days out – a London trip where we mostly rode trains all day, soft play & farm and a day at Whipsnade – where these two happily held hands and chatted and even when they argued (and boy did they argue sometimes), they’d make up and talk their problems though and be best friends. Awesomeo kids.

Oh my goodness how adorable is that photo of them pouring a drink? I am glad that routine and normality is back but missing my daytime walks and exploring #LivingArrows

What lovely photos. Betsy looks so helpful! I love sibling pics, I’m an only child as is my little one so I think it’s a really special relationship #LivingArrows

Oh look at them with the flask – so cute! Whenever I read posts about siblings getting on well I really hope my two end up the same. #LivingArrows
