Living Arrows

Climbing, and climbing some more for these two this week. Arthur very carefully scaled this ramp at an adventure playground. He’s getting good at going up and finding his footing these days. Look how pleased he is with himself!

Living Arrows-2

He really is a toddler now. A baby no more. *wipes tear from eye*

And Betsy’s bravery and determination will always impress me.

Living Arrows

She doesn’t look like she’s that high, but I’m standing on a hill, but if you look in the bottom right hand corner you’ll spot Dave’s head. Dave is six foot tall so Betsy really is quite high. I think this is the highest she’s climbed without help. *proud face*

  1. Wow, I am impressed with Betsy’s tree climbing skills. 🙂

My toddler has just started climbing things in the park but is still quite clumsy with it, scares the life outta me! 🙂

    1. Oh, it’s bloody terrifying! Dave was keeping a very careful eye on her when she did that, but it’s brilliant when they do achieve a big climb though isn’t it?

  2. I really do love your photography style; these images feel very ‘real’. I love that they’re not smiling for the camera, they’re just in their own little world and you have joined them there. Lovely.
