It’s DINNERTIME! It’s the start of a new year (shh, we’re just in January still so we totally are) and I am slowly trying to get myself organised a bit more around the house. A bit more tidying, a bit more cleaning (I’m an awful slob) a bit more efficient use of what food we have in the fridge and freezer – which means meal planning. I’ve done it before and loved it and I’m determined to keep it up this year, everything food wise all fell by the wayside during December and we’re only just getting back on track. Everything this week is food that needs using up. Nothing new has been bought for this week (although we will need milk and bread at some point this week).
Monday – Pea and prawn risotto (with a bit of stilton thrown in for good measure). We have just eaten this and it was delicious!
Tuesday – Cauliflower cheese and veggie sausages
Wednesday – Cheese toasties and tomato soup
Thursday – I am OUT so Dave’s in charge. I suspect it’ll be beans on toast, or pesto pasta.
Friday – Spag bol with spaghetti squash.
